Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.
Damages & Lost Packages Urban Loom is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
